This document is a contract between "www.Narco.lt" (hereinafter - Administrator) and you (hereinafter - the player) regarding the use of the website https://www.Narco.lt (hereinafter referred to as - service), as well as the regulations (hereinafter - regulations), to which all visiting persons and any services provided The website, including people who did not complete the registration procedure.
The owner of the website www.Narco.lt is Plums Games Ltd.
To start the game in the game "www.Narco.lt" you need to read and accept the following rules of the game and follow it by joining the game, you confirm that you have read it carefully, you agree, you agree without reservation with all the conditions specified in them.

2. Player's rights and obligations
2.1. Player's rights
2.1.1. The player has the right to use all free game functions made available by the game;

2.2. The duties of the player

3. Administrator rights and obligations
3.1. Administrator's rights

3.1.4. The administrator has the right, without prior notification or warning, impose sanctions on players for violating these regulations or other improper behavior that may cause or caused negative consequences for the stability of the game and/or good morale;
3.1.5. The administrator has the right to provide players with information assistance in all matters related to the game;
3.1.6. The administrator has the right to transfer his rights and obligations arising from these regulations to third parties at any time without the player's consent and without notifying it.
3.2. Administrator's duties
3.2.1. The Administrator undertakes to provide players with information on the explanation of the rules of the game and/or detection of violations in the event that the explanation and/or violation of the rules will not be transferred to the game forum and/or player;
3.2.2. The Administrator undertakes to control the course of the game and to apply the sanctions provided for in these regulations towards persons violating the regulations;
4. Limiting the administrator's liability
4.1. The parties decide that the administrator will perform all his duties and exercise his rights, based on the assumption that the login data provided by the player is correct and complete. The Administrator is under no circumstances responsible for damages caused to the player and/or third parties as a result of the player providing incorrect and/or incomplete login data or failure to change or supplement the login data after their change.
4.2. The player agrees that the administrator is not and will not be responsible for the incorrect action of the game and the losses or damage suffered by the player or third parties as a result.
4.3. The player understands and agrees that the game and/or the paid services provided in it are provided without any confirmation and guarantees from the administrator that the game will work and paid services will be provided correctly and timely, without interruptions, in high quality in whole or that this will not cause any negative consequences for the player or third parties. The administrator does not bear and will not be responsible for inaccuracies, inaccuracies or errors of information in the game and the resulting negative consequences for the player or third parties.
4.4. The player understands and agrees that the administrator will never, for any reason, be responsible for any activities or omissions related to the player's use of the game and paid services provided in it and compliance with these regulations. The player accepts full responsibility for repairing all kinds of damage or losses, which can in any way incur his or third parties when the player uses the game and/or paid services.

5. Prohibited actions

5.3. Advertisement

5.4. Other bans
In addition to the above bans, the following actions are also prohibited, for which sanctions may be imposed:
a) sending resources to another player playing on the same computer; b) helping the player playing the same computer in a different way; c) joint activities towards another player by players playing on the same computer; d) players playing on the same computer join the game at the same time; e) players playing on the same computer perform any actions among themselves; f) sending resources to a player from which another player playing on the same computer could steal resources by attacking this player; g) multiple registration to spy on other players; h) sending resources via external players (Spoofing), whose ultimate goal is to send resources to another player playing on the same computer; i) attempts to request the Administrator to grant the player exclusive rights to play; j) attempt to obtain confidential information (e.g. password) of another player; k) disclosure of information received by players during the game (except for cases when the disclosure takes place at the administrator's request or to demonstrate or improve the game error); l) attempts to play on the same computer using programs falsifying IP addresses or proxy servers; m) using information on obscene or offensive content in the game; n) sale, purchase or announcement of the player's registration; o) sale or intention to sell any property acquired in the game for real money or their equivalent (e.g. gold), exchange for real things; p) misleading players by sharing links, the function of which is completely different from declared by a dishonest player, offering one or another transaction in the game from which commitments are not fulfilled, and other cheating on players; q) to the player who identified the error in the game, the use of this mistake; r) The use of a player error in the game, which has already been reported to the administrator, but has not yet been repaired. p) a player connecting to the game using other player's data with or without the player's knowledge and/or causing direct damage to another player or game server.
t) Selling points for money in the game. 6. Sanctions and their use
6.1. In the event that the player has violated these regulations, the Administrator has the right at any time unilaterally, at his own discretion and without notifying the player, delete all the player's login data, as well as other information that the player provides in any way to the administrator's use of the game and/or paid services provided in it, its change, limiting the possibilities or preventing the player from using all the player or access to player Games.
6.2. If a person registers in the same game world more than once and plays a game with several players, the administrator has the right to cancel all the player's registration in the game without prior warning, as well as all rights acquired by the player and the administrator's obligations expires at that moment. The player understands and agrees that the administrator will never be responsible for any negative consequences for the player caused by such activities.
6.3. The player who will spend more than 18 hours in the game will be warned, and if he spends 21 hours in the game, he will be deprived of the opportunity to join the game for 6 hours. The administrator is not responsible for the losses suffered by the player as a result of limiting the possibility of joining the game. For repeating point 2.1.2 of these regulations. Violation of this point may result in a long -term prohibition of starting the game or any sanction provided basically 6.4. point.
6.4. If the player committed forbidden action, the following sanctions may be imposed on him:

If the player tries to avoid sanctions by contacting another administrator with a request to cancel sanctions, a sanction may be imposed - deleting the player's registration.
7. Notifications of violations

8. Compensation
After imposing sanctions on the player for violating the rules, no compensation for assets (points) accumulated or purchased in the game until then will be returned or transferred to another player.
9. Games and contacts team
9.1. The game team consists of the creators of the game, administrators and other people directly involved in the development and support of the game.

10. Final provisions

10.2. The player must pay attention to any changes in the rules.
10.3. Ignorance of the regulations does not release from liability.
10.4. If any provision of these Regulations is contrary to the law or for any reason becomes in part or entirely invalid, this does not invalidate the other provisions of the Regulations. In this case, the parties decide to replace the invalid decision with a legally effective norm, which, if possible, will have the same legal and economic effect as the changed norm.
10.5. Any disputes arising between the player and the administrator regarding the application of these regulations will be resolved by negotiations. If the parties do not solve the dispute by negotiations within 15 (fifteen) days from the day on which one of the parties turned to the other party to the demand of the dispute, this dispute will be finally resolved in the manner specified by the rights of the Lithuanian Republic before the courts due to the location of the administrator's headquarters.
